Hawks - Wednesday and Thursday

Eagles - Wednesday and Friday

Your child is to come in to school in their PE kit on these days.

Homework 

Homework will focus on basic skills – done consistently and independently. Children are expected to do the following:
• Read every day (and discuss their reading)
• Practice Times Tables and inverse division facts/Number bonds
• Practice spelling patterns/phonics and apply these to known and new spellings (pupils will be tested regularly)
• A weekly piece of optional family homework

Educational trips and workshops enhance the learning experience of our students.
This term Year 5 will be taking part in:

Lego Workshop - Thursday 1st October

Visit to St Benedict's Church - Wednesday 14th October (Hawks)

Trip to the Science Museum - Tuesday 10th November
