Year 2 is an exciting year for the children. Our spring topics include 'Coastline' where we learn about physical and human features, such as piers and caves. We learn about the coastal town of Whitby and design our own coastal town.

In science, we investigate materials and their properties and then move on to learning about plants. We investigate what plants need to grow by carrying out an experiment.

Key Information

Homework is handed out each Wednesday and collected the following Monday.

PE is on a Monday and Tuesday - Children to come to school in their PE kit.
